As far as the location.. I would suggest getting it somewhere that is easily covered, but not invisible. I got mine between my shoulder blades, right below the collar-line.

What do you have in mind? Something skydiving related I assume/hope???

Do it if you realy sure that you want to have it. And make sure that you like it a lot before you get it.

yes im sure about it, iv thought about it for a long time now. ill be in zhills in january, know any good places in tampa?
